About Us
Built on Strong Foundations
We don't just build roofs — we build confidence.
Who We Are
Cornerstone Roofing Projects (Pty) Ltd is a premium roofing company founded by Tivolan Chetty, a Category A ITC-SA Roof Erector. We serve homeowners, businesses, and developers who refuse to compromise on quality, honesty, or workmanship.
What We Believe
We believe a roof is more than sheeting and screws. It is a promise — that your family is safe, your business is protected, and your investment is secure. That promise is only as strong as the people behind it.
How We Work
From the first phone call to the final inspection, every interaction is guided by three principles: Integrity, Loyalty, and Diligence. We quote transparently, build carefully, and stand behind our work without exception.
Where We Operate
Based in KwaZulu-Natal, we undertake residential and commercial roofing projects across the province — from luxury estates and modern homes to warehouses and industrial facilities.

Our Values
Integrity
We do what we say. Every quotation. Every screw. Every project. Every promise.
Loyalty
We build relationships that last beyond the final inspection. Many of our clients become lifelong customers because they know we always stand behind our workmanship.
Diligence
Details matter. Every measurement. Every fixing. Every ridge. Every flashing. Perfection is achieved through consistency.
Excellence
We refuse to cut corners. Our work is completed to the highest industry standards because your investment deserves nothing less.
